I can't change my flight online either, despite going through all of the steps. Please help.

I have been trying to talk to @flyvolaris Volaris customer service, but have gotten hung up on 4-5 times. Apparently, they will only let you sit on hold for 20 minutes!? My flight has been cancelled and would like a refund. There is no way to do that on your online portal!?
