I didn't realise, it's #WorldMentalHealthDay. Tim was an absolute top bloke. He was also extremely open and honest about his struggles. His story resonated with so many people. It's so important to speak about mental health, if only to help others.

It was #WorldSuicidePreventionDay2025 on Wednesday and I was thinking about Tim all day. If he were still here, he'd surely have posted something honest and inspiring. I wanted to do the same but it's not so easy when your friend has gone. So instead here's just a lovely memory.

I'm a pro at stopping brakes squeaking if they are normal V-brakes with concave/vex washers. Not sure these will toe in! Wondering how possible it might be to keep the callipers and add new blocks/washers so I can get the angle right. Anyone tried this successfully?
