The Earthquake Unit, U.W.I recorded 22 earthquakes in the local region for October 2025 with only 1 confirmed felt event occurring on October 19 in Eastern Jamaica. The Unit can confirm that no felt earthquake was recorded during the passage of Hurricane Melissa.
