People buying BTC over the second Bitcoin chain for 100x the price are like people who buy luxury water for $50/bottle when they could buy the same thing for pennies. Paying that brand tax.

Bitcoin suddenly doesn't feel so anti-fragile. I thought it was difficult for changes to be made to the Bitcoin protocol but apparently if the Core maintainers wake up and decide they want to change stuff they can just sign in and do it? What happens if they were threatened?
