Thank you to the @ECISTNetwork in helping share our Health & Social Care collaboration. We have seen improvements in LOS, harm-free care, patient flow but importantly, patient and staff feedback. Early intervention with our patients is key to help #preventdeconditioning 💪🏼🙌🏽.

Every step literally counts. The benefits of weight-bearing alone provides significant benefits to muscle and bone strength, cardiovascular system, proprioception, sensation, cognition… the list goes on. Movement is medicine 💪🏼.
