In this paper we compare several data versions; it turns out that the latest EPTA data from our new-generation observing systems show non-negligible evidence for a gravitational wave background being present in our data

Paper 3, you may be most interested in this! Our search for gravitational wave signals in the 2nd data release of the @EPTAGW European Pulsar Timing Array data, combined with the first data release of the Indian Pulsar Timing Array @INPTA_GW that allows better noise modelling.

Our second paper combines efforts of @EPTAGW with the @INPTA_GW and describes a new method to select the preferred set of noise models for every pulsar in our data set. This enables a robust characterisation of.single-pulsar noise, which is extremely important for paper 3!

EPTAPaper 1 presents #EPTA Data Release 2; it extends our baseline from EPTA Data Release 1 and improved constraints on and measurements of various timing parameters and astrophysical parameters that can be.derived from those.

Our first paper describes our data set; overall we have used our best 25 millisecond pulsars that have been observed over the last ~25 years with the five largest radio telescopes in Europe, as well as the Large European Array for Pulsars.

We are founding members of the International Pulsar Timing Array (@IPTA_GW, , a consortium of consortia, in which we collaborate to cross-check our results and make plans for future improvemens of our work.

@CSIRO_ATNF @ARC_OzGRav @NANOGrav These waves are expected to come from pairs of supermassive black holes found in the centres of merging galaxies. These results are a crucial milestone in opening a new, astrophysically-rich window in the gravitational wave spectrum.

We found evidence for ultra-low-frequency gravitational waves, with other collaborations @CSIRO_ATNF @ARC_OzGRav @NANOGRAV and CPTA.independently reporting on similar results.
