Every day, we're appraising over 5000 *new* #ensdomains per day. Some requests have been incredibly creative. Our system processes an average of 500K comparisons per appraisal (hence the hundreds of billions of database reads). wagmi.

@wasnt_eth Wow, I trained the @ENSAppraiser model to detect these, and it found 204 addtl cases and marked them as wash sales. This is just a test run, not fully integrated yet.

@thegoleffect ezhomeloan.eth is broken down to 4 "words": ["e", "z", "home", "loan"].

@thegoleffect marinehunter.eth was showing as "German" but now is "English" as expected. It now reports that the ens has 2 words ["marine", "hunter"] (instead of the implicit 1).

9/5/2022 Update: Compound Words! Compound word #ens are now better calculated, accounted for, and used for better language detection.

8/24/22 Update: Language identification accuracy has been increased by 60% for *new* appraisals[1]. There should be much fewer misclassifications. New languages have been added: * Portuguese * Swedish * Italian * Bengali * Greek * Russian * Persian

This has since increased by over 40%. We've now processed over 300,000 unique #ensappraisals across 10 days. The average queue time has gone down from 10 minutes to 45 seconds. International visitors (non-USA) are up 8000%. Your support & this community have been amazing!

ENSAppraiser should now allow for underscore ens like _007.eth and _van.eth to be appraised (previously, it rejected those names). Appraisal values will not be matched with many comparables until at least 1K of those names are appraised (affects the estimate). Need help Q'ing.

The ENSAppraiser app is rolling out an update to auto-detect languages. This will be useful for generating more accurate appraisal estimates for #ens in non-English languages incl: This will take time to refresh the appraisals before it is factored into the estimates.

The power of better language models: Left is esti bot comparables for "van. com"; right is @ENSAppraiser for "van.eth". If only the length was factored in, 1e2.eth, triple emoji, or triple digits would be listed. But it's not the only factor, here. #ens #ensdomains

Looks like it took people two days to figure out that you can spam visit a few appraisals in a day and get your ens to show up here, almost like a featured listing. 🤣
