Strengthening Public Transport for Electronics City 🚍🚇

From 10th August, let’s ride toward a cleaner, faster, and more connected future. Electronics City will get closer and more connected.

For Electronics City, this will be more than just a metro line — it’s a leap forward. ELCIA actively promotes sustainable mobility and encourages 2,00,000+ employees in the estate to embrace public transport, making our city cleaner and our commutes smoother.

Made possible through the joint efforts of the Government of India, the Government of Karnataka, and the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), this project reflects a strong commitment to building smarter, greener, and more inclusive urban infrastructure.

With 16 elevated stations, including key stops at Silk Board, Electronic City, and Bommasandra, this metro line is set to reduce commute times, ease congestion, and enhance connectivity for thousands of daily travelers.

This Sunday, Bengaluru’s much awaited Yellow Line Metro from RV Road to Bommasandra. This will officially open to the public, marking a new chapter in the city’s urban mobility story.
