Very powerful indeed @Llizwilliams @demi_louise11. The irony and sadness being is that many NHS Trusts are responding by cutting resilience and well-being hub offers for their valued workforce. Great work Justin very moving, I’m sure this will resonate with many.
Powerful video by Justin Walker- Wigan CRHTT 💎Modelling feeling safe to take risks and showing vulnerability, creates a more psychologically safe environment for our ourselves and our teams. When us as professionals believe resilience is always being OK, we add to the stigma.

Let’s be trauma aware at Halloween!

Where Halloween may be fun for some, it can be triggering and distressing for individuals who have survived traumatic experiences.

Very helpful to support our team and individual reflections. We can easily make our own adult inpatient version @Llizwilliams
An adaption of another iceberg drawing. This one reminding us to remain curious about behaviour that challenges us...

Great working week including welcoming a new AP @frankierobo; fantastic feedback and so enjoyable to deliver PBS training for acute inpatients with @rose_namaste & @Llizwilliams. A staff well-being chanting session which was very powerful and sadly saying goodbye to Ella today.

Trauma informed practice is relational, & contextual. It is multi layered & dynamic- it needs to be infused, meaningful, & embedded- it is not a tick box, a cookbook, or a one off training, a screening tool, a fruit bowl & more.

Looking forward to seeing our service user and staff feedback from this, reviews can be so overwhelming and we definitely need to be mindful to make those reasonable adjustments @carolinecain74 @Llizwilliams @aimcoogan @Jennip1981 @GMMH_NHS @AmandaB91981369 @Sgik79 @ENazurally
Our perfect week project has been focusing on empowering the person with neurodiversity or poor mentalising skills due to distress to get the best out of ward reviews. Our folder includes an MDT prompt sheet and ‘My Care Review’ for individuals. @GMMH_NHS @ELAINESWIFT8
