Had a great meeting with update from Creating Memories - living memory tree project. Yet another successful project with @EKForgetMeNots and other Kent group members. Consulted on Occ Therapists working with people living with Dementia & met new head Nursing & Quality in EK.

What a great April meeting @EKForgetMeNots had! We celebrated Dawn's Book winning an award in Excellence in Consultation and Engagement at Healthwatch Kent đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź and welcomed Dementia UK visiting to discus future care planning for people with dementia.
