Training Info: - Looks like Kako, Farrow & Gresham will come into the named squad tonight. - We probably take 2 emergencies over to Adelaide with the VFL to play on Friday night - Prior might be the one left out for Kako - Rids moved really well, should be back playing next week

When it comes to discussing the EFC list build and strategy there is only one man in the mainstream media you should listen too. Don't worry about the Whateleys, Riewoldts, Barretts, Ralphs of the world. Cal knows.

News from the Captains Run - - Kako not participating, Fioroni is however. - Squad includes Farrow, El-Hawli, Perkins, Guelfi and May. Assume 3 of these will be emergencies. - No Gresham or Tsatas

Fiorini didn't train but still likely to play, feeling is Kako will just miss. Archer May firming to play off the bench as a tall fwd rotation. I've got Saad or Perkins for the final spot in the team. Gresh, Guelfi and Tsatas to miss.

Training notes - Kako completed a solo session, moved well, just needs to tick off high end speed next week to be up for selection. Jones, Cox and Perkins did 30min but went off as they will play VFL tomorrow. Bourke, Unwin and Rids running laps. Skills were very good today.

Light session today, Kako increasing his running pace. Parish and Wright didn't do much. Unfortunately Clarke seems to have hurt an ankle or foot. Expecting a big session on Friday

News from training, Robey, Jones, Perkins, Cox all in full training, Bryan and Edwards also completed the sess. Kako ran laps. Durham trained fine. Kondo and Nguyen in the A team backline. Seems like its Farrow, Saad and Johnson to fight it out for final backline spot for Rd1.

Not too many surprises from what we saw today and the intraclubs. Our 3 mids came to play today, Huss did what he has been doing all Feb 🔒. Farrow was more prominent, Kondo good! At half back the fight is on for spots, especially after the Rids inj news 😢. Good hit out overall

Sullivan Robey did a very short running session. His first since he was rested for a back issue identified in December.

- Clarke struggled with decision making with new fast movement game plan - Zerrett missed some easy targets by his standard - Kondo and Sharp were solid - May quiet in the weaker team - Prior played some wing time and was good. Can't mention them all but the build up continues

On the bikes were, Jones, Rids, Edwards, Robey, Setters, Kayle and Hayes. Most intense pre Xmas training sessions I have seen at the club in many a year.
