I don’t know what to make of prolific people on social media who appear to never have mixed feelings. Who take a certain side, defend a certain position down the line no matter what has occurred. I mean, nothing ever happens to make a person cry foul on their own team? Nothing??

3YO was feeling under the weather today, complaining about various pains. Now he has a fever…. just wondering how far behind him I’ll be 🙃

Pups were back with the pack after a hiatus due to our dog walker’s schedule & traveling. Some happy snow dogs!

Thought xyzal wasn’t supposed to be sedating. I have to take two 24hr OTC antihistamines daily. I was taking 2 Zyrtec at bedtime & having trouble waking up in the morning. Finding out today that xyzal makes me drowsy past AM 😴🥴

Wish we had thought of this w/ my late Grams. Instead, my cousin & I would play the “Grandma game” & whisper Grandma louder and louder over a period of time to see how loud it took for her to hear us. She’d always say “I heard yall!” when she didn’t, haha.

Brand new puzzle & 3YO disappeared a few pieces, which he does w/ every puzzle. Drives my ocd insane so I looked for them. Found all but one & his treasure trove in the floor vent (I hate floor vents.) Found the fire stick we lost most ago & all but one piece.

Now that Christmas is past, I need to focus even more on diet and lifestyle changes to keep my entire colon. I just love carbs & can’t stay consistent w/ exercise. Ideas for short-term motivators for the exercise part?

3YO got this for Christmas and interchangeably calls it an IPad & laptop. Last night, we told him it was time to go up to bed for a book. He said, “I can’t. I have work to still!” as he feverishly and randomly typed all the buttons w/ a determined look. 🤣

I had to go Mama Bear on an older man in the pet store when he rudely snapped at my 11YO. Sir, I don’t care that you’re a senior, I will not stand for that behavior towards a child from a grown man.

My daughter made this in kindergarten one Christmas . It was terrifying but I had to pretend it was so adorable. Now VooDoo Gingerbread Man comes out every year to collect his offerings and accept his acknowledgments and if he is properly satiated we get another year of Xmas 😂

I often get hypoglycemia unawareness, but when I was sweating in the grocer store freezer sections despite it being -7 outside, I fortunately figured it out this time. 🤣🥶

My series 'Mushrooms in their Natural World' won 1st prize in the portfolio category of the Lowland Photography Festival. For this competition we had to submit RAW files to confirm authenticity. Honoured to have won this prize.

Called my GI yesterday bc of all the colonoscopies I’ve done, I’ve never struggled this bad after & for so long. Relayed my symptoms to the RN & she called me back to say he said try probiotics. 😑🫠 That’s all?! Not sure how concerned I should be.

My big kids are in a “trouble sleeping” phase & 3.5YO hit some gnarly regression, and we are just fighting for our lives over here.
