What a pleasure to see @CarolineLucas speak this evening @LiteraryLeic about the stories we tell about national identity; the importance of progressive and inclusive definitions of Englishness; and the danger of binaries. Lots of food for thought regarding the curriculum too.π

Another great week of learning for Francophone Art Week π¨. Love linking our language learning to art and helping children to discover artists from around the French-speaking world.
What wonderful artwork we had on display @HazelSchool this week, showcasing all our hard work during Francophone Art Week! From Reception to Year 6, we have learned about amazing artists from around the French-speaking world and been inspired by them to create our own pieces. π
