A proud moment for ECALB as our alum (1989-91) @strand_luke (Luke Strand) was the featured speaker at our WALB all-star banquet on Sat in Milwaukee. Luke who is now the head hockey coach at D1 Minnesota State delivered a message regarding life lessons from sport.

A historical note - our win this week at the state tournament was the 100th state tourney win in EC Legion baseball history. The first coming at the 1930 state tournament. The 100 wins is the most by any program, La Crosse ranks second with 90.

Our 19U season came to a close a state this afternoon with an 11-2 loss to Manitowoc. But our guys can be proud, a 20 win season and a run to the final 6 teams in the state which looked pretty impossible after the loss in the regional. But they went to work! Proud of our guys!
