We had a few rounds of dominoes at the Dalmellington Support Group on Tuesday morning. The carers enjoyed it and certainly got competitive with each other!

Today at our Adult Carer Support Group, we have Iris from Feet 1st, which is a Charity run that helps people maintain foot hygiene 🦶. They specialize in keeping toenails trimmed and all around keeping feet comfortable and healthy. Look below to see more of their information
