I don’t think Flynn JR isn’t actually a thing and Tootally was just making a joke. Sure they have the concepts, but the graph/sheet thing is something they made. They likely just put it in there as a joke,due to how drastic his redesign is.

Different posing,lighting etc while Hiro,Whiff,Salty etc are just…. Nitrogen promos with a 2D face. Like look at Bill it’s just a five minute photoshop 😭

My final take on this is that the characters with original posing are the final ones that will appear in the show, while the ones that have blantly reuse old ones are still prototypes. So Thomas,Percy,Rosie,Diesel,Gordon,Henry,James,Annie,Clarabel,Emily-
There’s the question which one are the final designs. And I’m 97% sure it’s the one Tootally Thomas just gave us. Not only does the Thomas on the concept match up with the clip we got back in January which was on EP4 meaning EP1-4 were completed at the time + the file name-
