Cabinet agrees to appoint an Operator to roll out 320 EV chargers across Newham - boosting EV access and supporting residents + businesses in the shift to greener transport. We’ll increase chargers from 140 to 1,260 by 2026, hitting our goal of 3k by 2030.

SUCCESS!!! Council Cabinet just approved disposal of Blake Road site to E16 CLT for £1 (subject to planning and finance). What a fantastic result and well done everyone for your years of work to get here! There’s a long way to go, of course, but this is a great achievement!
