5. TRAIT MARKETPLACE [PHASE THREE]. The Dwellers trait marketplace will be implemented by Dwellers Lead Developer, David, from The Humanoids Trait Factory team and Flinch Experience.

4. WL MARKETPLACE [PHASE TWO]. Holders of Dwellers NFTs can use $DWLRZ to also purchase WL spots to projects outside of our ecosystem. Dwellers collab managers will work towards securing WL spots only to quality projects.

3. STAKING AGAINST [PHASE ONE]. The Dwellers contract allows holders of Dwellers NFT's and eligible Non-Dwellers NFT's to stake against their NFT's in return for ETH. Once that ETH is returned, the holder can unstake their NFT. You will need to own one Dwellers NFT.
