Nursery have enjoyed learning how to move in a variety of ways along the benches during their gymnastic lesson. They used their arms to pull themselves along the bench and to help them balance.

The children in nursery have been baking bread just like the Little Red Hen. They measured the ingredients out using scales and kneaded the dough while it was in a plastic bag. Everyone took a delicious bread roll home to eat.🍞🍞

In our whole-school assembly today, Mrs Garlick, with the help of some of our wonderful Year 6 pupils, shared the importance of resilience. We talked about using our resilience super powers and about the strategies we can use in situations we find challenging. 🦸🏽♀️🦸🏻🌟

Today, the EYFS children brought their favourite fairytale character to life. They enjoyed decorating crowns, making magic wands and sharing favourite stories with their friends. What a magical day we have all had! 🪄🪄

On Monday, Year 4 received an email from Professor P asking them to help her by making some potions as she had misplaced her own! Yesterday, they carefully chose different ingredients and made their own interesting potions, which we will be using to write instructions! 🧪👩🔬👨🔬✨
