Today I am 580 days sober! I broke up with my g/f of 3 years yesterday. I changed and she wasnt willing.We got together when I was still drinking. This first time sober single since 1993 🤯 Talk about a fish out of water!!! Sad that im too old for the chase. Grateful to God!

18 months sober today! I have waken up 549 days without a hangover 🙃 Never in my life was this a possibility until I hit rock bottom, 3rd DUI and nothing to show for my 54yrs. We reach bottom when we stop digging! I was that guy..Put the shovel down and crawl out! Grateful 🙏🏻

Just heard some bad news about a member from my home group with 5 months sobriety, committed suicide last night 💔 It truly can be deadly! If you're struggling please reach to out to someone because there are people that love you tremendously! #ODAAT

@WorldofRobert1 My Sunday would start right about now with a dash to the L-store when they open, watch football til I passed out. Wake up for the late game and start over. Now I still watch football and remember all the games! haha. Life gets way easier when I choose not to drink today!!#ODAAT

I had a drinking dream lastnight. Somehow I acquired a 12 pack of Coors light.Then I was wondering why I was riding shotgun with a friend of my son's.I panicked thinking how can I convince him not to tell on me. Dreams remind me that my stinking thinking is powerful #ODAAT

Many thousands have come forward, there are millions who dont know the real reason for their loved ones who died in the hospital. I was there, I seen the neglect. They killed all of them!!!!
“October 7, 2021. The day I will loathe forever. The day I was fooled by the hospital. The last day I was able to touch my conscious husband. The day the recommendations were, if you got sick, to stay home until your O2 drops below 92. Then you have to go to the hospital.

Coming up on 11 months sober. Feels great!
@JacquiDeevoy1 When I quit drinking, my blood pressure and heart rate normalized (what is normal these days?) And I can't count my heartbeat pounding in my ears anymore. I remember 212/110 and heart rate was consistently over 100bpm Win win for me 👍🏼 I even quit taking pictures of my BP lol
