If your 16-year-old is in 13U-14U and can’t dominate or keep up with younger players, that’s a sign to refocus—not blame. Crying to AAU coaches won’t change the gap. Instead, use it as fuel. Reassess, reset, and get back in the gym. The grind doesn’t lie.
