Parrott Ave (Historic Chatt Brick site). GA Power Plant Atkinson-McDonough access road under water and Paul Ave concrete plant parking lot flooded -Proctor only at minor flood stage currently, but increasing -AFRD has made multiple water rescues and those continue.

possible to walk/bike from Downtown (or anywhere on the completed @AtlantaBeltLine) to our City's River (and, technically, all the way to Anniston, AL) by the 2026 World Cup. I'm looking forward to bringing our City to its River & completing many more multiuse trails in D9! 3/3
