Breakfast Club - Day #18 ✅ Our 7th & final week is off to a great start! We had 78 boys in the first strength & conditioning session. A team lead by seniors @DurbinRowen, @ChaseRichwine, & Korbin Smith earned the victory in our smaller team tug-of-war competition.

Breakfast Club - Day #11 ✅ We had 80 boys at our workout this morning to finish off the week. Athletes out worked and picked each other up when they needed it all morning. Team @DurbinRowen lead his team to back-to-back wins, this time in our annual tire flip competition.

Weight room station consisted of snatch, rows, and back squat. Last station athletes worked banded acceleration & competition sprints. We finished the week with a competition - team @DurbinRowen earned the victory, demonstrating the best teamwork to get the job done!

Last day of school means THE 2022 @WeBoFootball @WeboStrength DRAFT DAY!!! I learn a lot about the character of our team by the order in which names are selected by YOUR summer captains. When was your name called? Can we count on you? #TimeWillTell
