Congratulations to @PadraigMacaoidh [Peter Mackay] on his appointment as Scotland's new Makar (National Poet). Pàdraig is the first Scottish Gaelic poet in the role. He recorded Crann-cuinnse [Quince Tree] to promote the announcement. You can read his poems here 👇
