Respectfully, this is precisely the structural problem. This program is funded by the Panjab provincial budget, for Panjab’s own students - just as KP, Sindh, and Balochistan operate (or are supposed to) their own initiatives for their residents. If students from ex-FATA lack.
Kindly consider launching one such special package for students from former FATA too, they are brilliant and talented, but lack resources to pursue quality education.

Because Panjabi is the national language of the demographic majority of this country. We’ve never demanded others speak it - despite forming the majority since 1971. (Though, in a so-called democratic republic, a normative argument could certainly be made for linguistic equity.).
Why do PMLN people break into Punjabi every few minutes. It is a regional language.
