Back to cases! Challenging one: 8 y/o with a C6 cervical bone lesion. We performed a percutaneous biopsy using the #SmartStep system @GeneralElectric at Garrahan Hospital. 18G needle, transpedicular approach. Dx: Ewing Sarcoma. Accurate diagnosis = right treatment. #PedsIR”

8-year-old boy. An abdominal lymphatic malformation was treated with doxycycline sclerotherapy via a catheter over 3 days. Two sessions in total. Kid is now asymptomatic, with minimal residual lesions. Two MRI 6 months apart .#LymphaticMalformations #Sclerotherapy
