We live in a Golden Age of #dryeye. #MGD, #LipiFlow, #Prokera, BCL, & all manor of Dx/Tx have made dry eye treatable like never before.

We started using #Prokera amniotic membrane. Absolutely life changing for those pts suffering with severe pain from all sorts of causes.
