Not as much as a problem now, but imagine in 5 years time when we have 50 Irish lads on scholarships for kicking footballs in the US. Earning money, getting a degree and a shot at the NFL…
This sort of guilt tripping is a disgrace. The GAA or a club or no county owns a player. Those players don’t owe anyone anything. It’s hilarious hypocrisy to go on about “amateur association “ and volunteerism if you expect pay back from talented players. Just insane. There is
