Other hotfix notes: - Something about Cammy's heavy TC cancelling into spiral arrow / SA2 changed, not sure - M. Bison's light Psycho Crusher's bombed version fires one frame earlier, likely -1 advantage, needs testing. - Akuma's light tatsu new extended juggle hitbox stays.

S3 Hotfix changes: - Zangief EX suplex 2600->3200 damage - Marisa L Dimachaerus no longer super cancellable - Terry MP->HP TC recovers one frame faster - Rashid Arabian Skyhigh hitbox height has been rolled back to pre-S3, by the size of its juggle-only zone.

The small hotfix also adjusted Akuma's light tatsumaki to have an additional extended juggle-only hitbox on its active frames. It is unclear whether that adjustment was intentional, and it may have rolled out accidentally as part of the -9 sweep fix.

The original S3 update contained a copy-paste error that made Akuma's sweep -9 instead of -12 on block. A small in-game patch was downloaded once the server maintenance was over, which rolled that change back and restored the -12 sweep.

Zangief's hurtbox forward position at origin has been changed from 52 to 64.

For Dictator's Knee Press, the pushback on block has been reduced by 13 units for the heavy version, and 13.77 for the light and medium versions. The hurtbox has been reduced by 14 units, meaning the distance to punish is now a tiny bit wider.

Luke's back HK now retains 10% more momentum from his drive rush speed - for a 18f cancel (quickest DR cancel), this amounts to an 8.3% addition to total movement. It progressively reduces if the DR cancel is performed later.
