Whoop! Thank you to everyone who has backed so far, the initial campaign is done BUT you can still pledge until either it maxes out on available rewards, or I am ready to go to print with the book, whichever happens first :)

Also waiting on a decision from the arts council about this years big monster project, it takes up to 12 weeks and the suspense is killing me. Want to be doing more of this, but as an immersive experience where the art is set within a projected version of the real space.

My new mini prints made especially for indie shops land next week, including these 3 new seabirds :) I'm on the lookout for new retailers this year, so if anyone has or knows a place that likes small batch stuff straight from artists, shout up!

It's #StDavidsDay here in #Wales, a fine time to read a collection of short stories, set throughout the country. Over 100 ratings on Goodreads and a great introduction to my work. Link: https://t.co/pd2lHl68Ux

The very fabulous Grej Ink has been channelling their inner crow and bringing the book pages to life :) I knew from the start that I wanted Tina to work her magic on the stories behind the drawings, she does an amazing job. Now available to pre order on my website!

Making monster portals this weekend - literal windows into their world! This is part of a double glazed, reinforced industrial version. Next up is the window frame - which is where I will deeply regret having made these just 12cm high π€£

Went to see my mates in the park today as it finally stopped raining. Unfortunately there's a few showing feather damage from eating junk - this is one of the things I'm wanting to raise awareness about with the book project.

Today, in an unusual moment of clarity, I realised that if I wanted reinforced glazing as part of an artwork, I could just, you know, use mesh instead of Drawing The Mesh On π This is for an experiment btw, I very much doubt it will stop me doing exactly that at some point...

A quick reminder that The Big Book of Butts campaign finishes tomorrow if anyone has a spare quid they can chuck in the pot :) These things count down live btw, so if you watch the campaign page just before 7pm tomorrow you can join me in a toast! See pinned post for the link.

Quick question for you. I'm starting to think about the overall design for the book, and wondering whether, as I'm including some of the original photos and their stories, I should do a photo-to-drawing blend on the cover? Can we handle a bit of blue or is it scary π

I was going to do a Book of Butts update today with a new drawing, but I got stuck with a lurg and have been in quarantine in the lounge with the laptop, so please enjoy these 3 starfish instead :) My first time drawing any of these critters, so I learned a lot.

Goth moth :) I'd been wanting to draw this one for years, I love the patterns on their wings! For my biz followers, I have a 3 day promo on these as part of the @faire_wholesale winter market. https://t.co/BCrL2si6cl
