Also waiting on a decision from the arts council about this years big monster project, it takes up to 12 weeks and the suspense is killing me. Want to be doing more of this, but as an immersive experience where the art is set within a projected version of the real space.

Went to see my mates in the park today as it finally stopped raining. Unfortunately there's a few showing feather damage from eating junk - this is one of the things I'm wanting to raise awareness about with the book project.

Today, in an unusual moment of clarity, I realised that if I wanted reinforced glazing as part of an artwork, I could just, you know, use mesh instead of Drawing The Mesh On 😂 This is for an experiment btw, I very much doubt it will stop me doing exactly that at some point...

In this week's episode of 'why am I like this' may I present the first wip in my new series of predominantly white birds on white paper which I am making myself do with only a black pencil lol.

Quick question for you. I'm starting to think about the overall design for the book, and wondering whether, as I'm including some of the original photos and their stories, I should do a photo-to-drawing blend on the cover? Can we handle a bit of blue or is it scary 😆
