Here is the design in full, and the topology so you can see each part of it Initially I was going to do it without the black outline since it was a lot more work, however I figured these Muralettes deserve the highest care and went the extra mile!

One of my personal favorite Muralettes as I spent hours meticulously modeling each part of the wing, and coloring them Utilizing the glass material in Roblox, since the panels are individual meshes, you can create a really cool refraction effect as shown here!
