Acutely decompensating walking up/down stairs HR 116 O2 Sats 93%air. At rest sats sit around 95%, HR settles, no temp. Send 2 hourly obs to ICU friends overnight & receive fantastic remote service 🙌🏻.Day 6 sats 96% chest still burning / tight and coughing more but feel well.

Day 6 spoke to soon. PM vomit. My eyes sting?! Myalgias back. gradually worsening chest tightness/burning, cough crackles & hurts, bibasal creps on self auscultation, SOB on min exertion & chest increasingly tight at rest. get a bit worried & friend kindly drops off sats probe.

Day 4. 36hours later temp down & improving. Cough developing nicely chesty but no sputum, achey throat.Day 5 feeling better 🙌🏻 think I’m on the mend. .

Day 1 & 2 mild myalgia & generalised migrainous headache, feel viral.Day 3 headache ++, diarrhoea, negligible dry cough.Day 3 PM it all kicks off. worst myalgia EVER didn’t know what to do with myself *hands down my worst symptom* temp 39.5 feel hot / cold but no sweats / rigors.
