#Makemytrip again frustrating experience for bus booking without intimation buse came late by 3 hrs (2.30am instead of 23.15pm) and no one is approachable including makemytrip and service provider.

@makemytrip I bought ticket on 8th Nov, tweeted on 8th Nov regarding simple typo for surname. U reverted back saying 2700Rs to correct, I was undecided. I wrote back after 3 days, u r saying now Rs1,36,000 to correct/ @IATA @PMOIndia pls note this #scam. 3tickets cost Rs1,40,000.
