(7/x) Before she took the glasses to the back to work on them, the store person hands me a letter from the lab.

(6/x) I go today after work. One of the coatings was left off (scratch resistance or anti reflective or something). New lenses have come in. The people at the store were able to switch them out.

(5/x) Get a call last week that I have to bring them back in (some problem with the lenses). “Now what?” I’m thinking.
