I am happy to hear that the DOJ is not pursuing charges against the Vice President. It was wasteful of the Taxpayer’s money & governmental resources on behalf of the DOJ & CJ to even entertain this erroneous witch-hunt.

Yet, numerous instances have arisen where senators have publicly declared their positions on the matter before even hearing the evidence. Such declarations raise serious questions about their ability to remain neutral and fair throughout the proceedings.

The Constitution mandates that senators act as impartial jurors during impeachment trials. This requirement is not merely ceremonial; it is a critical component of maintaining public trust in our democratic institutions.

The Inquiry vote allows the Committee on Judiciary to have full authority and jurisdiction to investigate the matter at hand. I thank all members of the Democratic Caucus who are taking this responsibility serious.

After meeting with the House Democratic Caucus, I am announcing that the House will now proceed to a vote in the next session to open an Impeachment Inquiry on Chief Justice Wilborn.

Congratulations to Senator James Lord, the next President of the United States. We will defeat Matthew Taylor and send Lord to the White House to continue the accomplishment of President Kennedy.

I’ve listened to the Republican Senators complain about the articles of Impeachment. Claiming there is no evidence. Some Senators are showing bias before an impeachment inquiry has even began. I have also read the President’s statements. He is wrong.
