Russ made spring rolls for the 1st time for supper. I even made one. Delicious! More so after a great colonoscopy report today. Russ also made charcuterie board after I finished my 3rd summer as GSP-Murray campus director (9th total in GSP). Food creation celebrations are us!

The most magnificent rainbow greeted me after my morning run. I could not take my eyes off it. The more I stared at it, the bolder its colors were. This vibrant wonder was a gentle, yet powerful, reminder that I know who I am — intelligent, capable, & where I need to be in life.
