Yes! I did it!! I am so honored to be selected as K23 awardee from #NINR. So excited to be conducting #research to prevent #Falls with older adults with focus on #BehaviorChange. This study is even more relevant as our wellness routines have drastically changed with the pandemic.

Under-recognized fact: Mitigation of #COVID19 requires massive & urgent #behaviorchange. Assess readiness to change, make messaging personally relevant and doable, and tap into strengths that we have. Why not apply #MotivationalInterviewing to hand hygiene and social distancing?.
