The COVID-19 pandemic has provided unprecedented evidence that school is vital to the well-being of students. Administrator estimates on the prevalence of student trauma grew significantly when they were asked to consider students within the context of the pandemic

Implementing trauma-sensitive education poses genuine challenges for school leaders. In 2022, I worked on an @OPCouncil Committee with @DrDavidTranter that surveyed principals and vice-principals in Ontario on the topic, and here is what we found (a thread):
