@DrJaimeFriedman I don’t think I’ve ever once been ‘bothered’ that someone came in to have a medical issue addressed, ‘trivial’ or not... ...& my most common response when someone apologizes is: “I’m glad you come in...if there’s something that worries you, I want to know about it! 😌”
