This is absolutely not what the CDC data is saying.
What it is saying is that of those who died from COVID, 6% were otherwise completely healthy.
The other 94% still died from COVID, but had risk factors that increased their probability of infection or death.

Great post doc, but this is too much nuance. And it feels a little like science too. Can you dumb it down so it can be digested without trying to think? How about "I told you this was all bullshit"?

That's not it either. 6% had ONLY covid listed. If you had respiratory failure from covid, it would be listed too. Which is a covid death.
But, adding covid to suicide means you died WITH covid, not from it.
The real number is somewhere in the middle.
