Starting day 6! Telpas Academy! @CCISD High School 🩵

I joined the U.S. Army Reserves right after high school—before I was even a United States citizen. Basic training was brutal. I was so scared I didn’t even dare tell them my name tag was misspelled. Drill sergeants called us “weekend warriors,” but I still shot an M-16, survived

Most people aren’t faking depression. They’re faking being okay. Kindness matters because you never know the story someone’s carrying. One small act: a text, a check-in, a moment of listening. These actions can interrupt the loneliness that so many feel silently. Be The Light!
