Sadly, the police man is under a spell and he does not even know it. He has been brainwashed by the spell (word) he is using.
The build up to this clip is a senior officer being heard by several people stating that the crowd were far right. He then back tracked saying he meant those on the far right of the pavement - no one in Scotland speaks like that. He was bang to rights. Thankfully not all police

I notice that the "far right" slur has replaced the "misogynist" "bigot" etc spell words, which stopped working as the spell wore off. They invented a new one. With spell words is, you have to make sure if one is using them, you do not fall under their spell; people have.

This is why some totalitarians are wanting to get rid of juries. In some ways, this whole episode is an own goal by the corrupt establishment. Now under the Starmer regime attack of free speech, nobody will plead guilty and demand a jury trial. They do not want this.
Is Ricky Jones's acquittal for urging people to slit the throats of anti-immigrant protestors an example of 'two tier' justice, given Lucy Connolly got 31 months for a single tweet she deleted within hours and then apologised for?. The two cases aren't directly comparable since.
