I got my boxing equipment out yesterday for the first time in years. I'm really rusty. There was a time when I could kick at around shoulder level.

This resonated with me. In 2000 I switched jobs where I went from being the youngest of 70 people (lecturing) to the oldest of 70 (game development) and it's been that way ever since.
