Today my pre-AP kids blew me away by taking interest in current events, truly empathizing with a speaker not far off from their own age, and contributing to a global conversation— all while analyzing info text and working their way up their proficiency scale 💛 #OMSjacketlife

For Awards Day I also got to celebrate some more of my preschool babies moving up to HIGH SCHOOL! I’m so fortunate to have gotten my 3 year olds again at 14 and to have spent the year getting to know who they are becoming (which is too cool obviously) @OMS_Jackets #OMSjacketlife

A6: Personal response, all the way! Just as I think creation is the most powerful indicator, I think personal response is its own form of creation. Our goal is to create independent THINKERS & problem sovlers- personal response is evidence of both thinking & viewpoints #ALEdChat
