Finally, the 1.14 update saw a huge buff in villager trading. This category was quite popular around early 2020 (before 1.16 came out) due to runners like Dream and @RealBenex. However, 1.15 was eventually discovered to be faster, so people play 1.15 now for this category.

Minecraft 1.9 was a huge update to combat, but also the End dimension! For speedrunners, this means a change in the endfight strategy and also further strongholds. The fastest version in this split is 1.11, and is similar to 1.7 with the enderman tower strategy.
