Tonight for dinner I cooked a Blackened Chicken breast with fresh Mozzarella/Mushroom ravioli in a Shallot Brown butter sauce with sautéed kale, green bean, and Garlic topped with shaved Parmesan… this was a very Monday type Monday, but we made it thru… cheers everyone 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
