Orochimaru actually makes sense considering he personally saved the 5 kage, and using Edo Tensei was the only reason they survived Obito. MVP shit.
And he spends life "imprisoned" working for konoha willingly so the sacrifice of his many victims isn't for his selfish gain.

When Kenpachi and Nnoitra were fighting several characters commented on how brutish they were just flinging reiatsu at each other repeatedly. Most bleach characters are much more precise so people act like this is an outlier or the novels non canon

You can just be superhuman in one piece "with no powers" and yet Chakra is part of ninja anatomy.

Genjutsu relies on your target having chakra the caster can manipulate in their brain. Kyoka Suigetsu applies Aizens Spiritual pressure to his target, or himself to counter.
