When you train intense/heavy it gives the muscles a look of power n density that cant be achieved by pumping and volume. I am currently preparing a DY HIT Master cert program where trainers will learn my methods one to one at GOLDS VENICE September. Watch this space for details!

had never been used to describe a bodybuilder’s condition. You heard all the other terms still in use now, such as ripped, shredded, peeled etc. But when I came along with this new look, none of those terms would suffice.

My 1st Mr O.. 1991 Showdown with the great Lee Haney. 6 years earlier I was training for my 1st novice contest & Lee was Mr O already on the wall of my gym in UK. 6 years of total focus got me to be the challenger. A close 2nd was the outcome, the last 2nd I'd have on a pro stage
