One of the most underreported stories out there. The Steele Dossier is the epitomy of misinformation. But did its patrons know it was fake ? . Thats the crux which will determine the scope of lawsuits and the court of public oppinion.
I never knew this was concluded like this. This Steele thing sure did a lot of damage and cost tax payers hundreds of millions in dead end investigations. It seems like a light fine, if those who spread it knew it was fake.

At some point, a realistic enough simulation of emotion becomes indistinguishable from “organic” emotion. If a robot’s emotions become indistinguishable from ours, denying it rights will say more about our morality than theirs. So, will we ban the simulation of emotion in AI?
