BREAKING NEWS ; Uganda’s Electoral Commission declares Yoweri Kaguta Museveni winner of the presidential election with 7,946,772 votes (71.65%). Kyagulanyi polled 24.72%, Nandala Mafabi 1.88%, Muntu 0.53%, others below 1%. Turnout 52.5% as 11,366,201 voted nationwide.
